*If you cancel the order before shipping, you will not be able to get refund for the commission fee after the cancellation. So please make sure that you have read and understood terms and conditions before you place an order.

- Shipments are available worldwide via EMS.
- Shipping costs may differ depending on the weight of the order.
- Shipments will be made within 7 to 15 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Deliveries may take additional time, depending on the region or conditions.
- EMS tracking information will be available once the order is shipped, which can take up to 2 to 3 business days.
- If you want to make an additional purchase, you must place a new order. Combined shipment is not possible.
- Your order will be shipped as soon as the payment is completed.

Taxes and Duties
- Prices on the international website do not include taxes, duties, or customs-related fees.
- International shipments may impose a few additional charges on your order: import fees , declaration fees , import duties (tariffs) and/or taxes , depending on your country's customs policy.
These charges will be charged upon arrival in the destination country.
Any associated fees charged by Customs shall be the responsibility of the Recipient.
If the customer refuses to receive the package, the product will be returned to 'clove' headquarters and will not be shipped again. All associated costs (such as shipping costs for returning) will be deducted from the refund amount.
*Please note that due to Aircraft restrictions, some countries will not be able to receive DHL international shipping services.

Exchange & Refund Information

1. Exchange/Refund Regulations

As a policy for all international orders, we do not accept exchange or refund requests unless the product is damaged.

- Please contact us at within 7 days for a refund request for damaged products.
- Refunds can only be made if the damaged product arrives at CLOVE Headquarters in Korea within 14 days after the refund request.
- We will not accept refund requests after 14 days of receiving the shipment.

2. Refund Process for Damaged Products

(1) We will process your return free of charge for damaged products or misdelivery.
For the refund request, please send an email to within 7 days with the following information; (a photo of the damaged product, the product name, the order number, and the reason for the return.)

(2) A customer service representative will contact you.

(3) When you send the product, please write down the buyer's information accurately, and send it as received, such as hangtags and polybags.
- You can only return products if you have obtained approval from our staff according to the refund procedure.
Returns sent randomly without the refund process are not accepted.

3. We will not accept returns in the following cases:

- if product is stained, damaged or worn/used (including signs of washing, body odor, cosmetics or pet hair)
- if product is missing original packaging such as hangtags and polybags
- if the product is overdue and no longer for sale
- if the refund request is for a change in size or color
- if the damage reported is not shown on the product
